BIOTECHS : European sell signal, and global under-performance
​In October, we commented on US Biotechs. We wrote that a major sell signal has been triggered, and that one should take advantage of the strength to come to sell. The sector is now at its ideal selling level. This week, European Biotechs are also triggering a short-term sell signal. 2016 will begin without the support from these two sectors which were leaders in 2015, and the years before that.
