Co. is structured around two divisions: Marine Services and Subsea Services. Marine Services provides vessels for exploration, development and production of fields in continental and deepwater offshore. Subsea Services uses Co.'s vessels in installation, inspection, maintenance and repair operations for deepwater offshore facilities.
