DBD Strategy Daily - EUROPEAN INDICES : GREEN LIGHT
The changing correlations between Bonds, Currencies and Equities can be confusing. The advantage of technical analysis is that it allows action even without understanding as it offers risk management. European indice today are passing the resistances we had set as confirmations that the worse was over. This happens together with bullish RSI patterns that can be found on almost all indices worldwide, as sentiment had reached extremely bearish levels last week. Will this bounce allow reaching new highs above early 2018 peak? We think this scenario is still very probable. We will have to be careful once the Eurostoxx 50 approaches 3500, we will deal with this later!
