Friday saw strong reversal days on Commodities, yields and the Dollar. It cannot be ruled out that this announces a two-week risk-on period into early August. Yet, US indices have to confirm that possibility. They are in the opposite situation to Asian indices and Commodities, rather overbought. In 2018, US indices have not ben able to rise when yields did. The situation is therefore still blocked. Something has to give in if a trend has to develop...
