We are not sure what sort of conclusions we should draw from Commodities' strength and Bonds' weakness. The Dollar is indeed still rising. Equities in the US are still above major supports, but they are weak everywhere else. Great divergences between different geographic areas are usually solved by a universal bearish crisis. We understand that the need for return can delay this crisis for longer than usual, but we are dubious that it can change the issue.
