The Healthcare sector is a laggard. It fell heavily with the market last week. For a long term investor, we recommend slowly upgrading the allocation back to neutral. The largest caps, and worst performers, are probably about to stabilise. For a short-term investor (a couple of months out), large caps are not attractive, but smaller caps are still very attractive.
