DBD Strategy Daily - INDICES : BUY and SELL signals!

Signals arising from charts go in different directions. On the one hand, indices that have been weak for long periods are reaching new highs, confirming bullish trends. As an example the Russell 2000 broke out of a consolidation, or the Swedish OMX passed a major resistance. On the other hand, long-term leaders such as the Nasdaq 100 are in consolidations, and slowly weakening. European Banks -and especially Euro-zone -are on the edge today, this is their last chance for a bounce, and it is slim. Their only chance is that the bearish breakout will be a false signal. Those changes could be a healthy sector rotation -especially if the consensus was hesitant-, but it more often means that the market at large is weak. One faces the problem of missing on another rally, though its probability is lower than continuing the distribution period to finally drop.
