The retail sector has suffered a lot, and as a sector, it is not particularly interesting for the time being. There has been a very limited improvement in the relative strength. We will watch it as a signal of out-performance may come in the month ahead. Yet, all stocks are below resistances, except Next, with medium-term trends which are either bearish or neutral. Nothing exciting yet. As human beings, hope is always present when we look at charts. Tesco and Next may, market mood allowing, change their trends this month.
