Yes, the end of October is the best season to buy equities. Yet, we do not advise you to do so, unless you are speculating other a few hours or days (and even so..) . The US Equity drop presents several specificities of a complete correction. Should we see that a panic had developed, we would happily jump into that market. But the story that option trading tells us is that of a standard fall, no more. It is not enough to counter the importance of the negative long-term indications we have. We expect more downside in November. The market may develop a short-term bounce, but one should take advantage of that drop to sell again.
