We do not have any clear signal to report today. Indices have edged a little higher, passing some resistances, but as written on Tuesday, those signals are low quality. We prefer staying aside from this type of breakout while in a medium term consolidation pattern. They sometimes work, but they often are traps. Since the beginning of the year, there has been attempts at some sector rotation, but here again, there are no confirmations yet. One of the couples that could be turning around is Telcos, a long term loser, and Personal and Household Goods, a long term winner. Very gradually, patterns are hinting at a change.
