AAK is a producer of high-value added vegetable oils and fats. Co. operates in three business segments: food ingredients, chocolate and confectionery and technical products and feed.

Axfood AB

AxFood AB is a food retail company. Co. conducts food retail and wholesale business in Sweden. Retail business is conducted through the Willys, Hemkop and PrisXtra chains, with a total of 252 Co.-owned stores at Dec 31 2013. In addition, Co. collaborates with a number of proprietor-run stores that are tied to it through agreements, including stores in the Hemkop chain as well as stores operating under the Handlar'n, Tempo and Direkten brands. Wholesaling is conducted by Dagab and Axfood Narlivs, whose customers consist primarily of mini-markets, service stations and other convenience stores. Axfood Narlivs also operates 20 cash and carry outlets via the subsidiary, Axfood Snabbgross AB.

Bilia AB Series A

Bilia is mainly engaged in the distribution and servicing of cars and transport vehicles in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Co. has a range of services and products in the Services Business, including workshop services, spare parts and store sales. Co.'s Car Business includes sales of new and used cars and transport vehicles, customer financing and supplementary services. The Fuel Business involves sales of fuels. This includes sales of petrol, diesel, ethanol and compressed gas.

Boozt AB

Boozt AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the provision of e-commerce solutions for the apparel industry. The Company offers customized e-commerce software and services that create e-commerce platforms, namely Boozt.com and its mono-brand stores, that are fully hosted and managed. Its software includes Propilot, a Web shop management administration system that enables changes to Web shop content; Podium, a front end module which ensures optimized user experience for users on mobile devices; Fastlane, a warehouse management system (WMS) that runs fulfillment processes in warehouses and integrates them with distribution partners; CS Eye, a customer overview service; and Brand Portal, a business intelligence (BI) service suite. Its services include the development of an initial strategy, building an online shop, fulfilling orders, handling returns, running ongoing campaigns and acquiring and retaining customers.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz is engaged in the sale of clothing and cosmetics in Sweden and internationally. Co.'s stores offer basics, tailored classics, sportswear, and maternity clothes for women; basics, leisurewear, and seasonal fashions for men; denim and street fashions; and fashion wear for children and teenagers, as well as accessories, underwear, and shoes. Co. also provides makeup and body care products; and home fashion products, which include interior textiles for the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Co. has approximately 3,132 stores, including 110 franchise stores, 85 COS stores, 79 Monki stores, 21 Weekday stores, 8 & Other Stories stores and 3 Cheap Monday stores.

Lyko Group AB (publ) is a Sweden-based care and beauty company. It offers a range of hair care and beauty products through websites Lyko.se and Lyko.no, as well as through store chain in Sweden and Norway. The Company operates within segments Lyko Online, which comprises e-commerce activities, and Lyko Retail, which includes sales through physical stores. The product range primarily comprises shampoos, styling and makeup products of such brands as Aesop, Maria Akerberg, Peter Thomas Roth, Bumble & Bumble, Oribe, Mason Pearson, Elizabeth Arden Pro and Image, among others. Also, the Company conducts salon activities in its stores as well as under the brand Lyko Concept. The Company's main shareholders comprise Lyko family, as well as Fidelio Capital.
