ABB (Buy, TP: SEK230.00) - Over 7 billion reasons to recover

We have upgraded ABB to BUY (HOLD) as we believe the cUSD7.7bn share buyback programme set to start in mid-2020e offers an opportunity for the shares to recover from the recent sell-off. We have cut our target price to SEK230 (250) after lowering our 2020e orders, sales and adj. EBIT by 8–13% (2021e: 4–8%, 2022e: 4–5%) on the coronavirus impact and lower oil price.
