ABB (Hold, TP: SEK285.00) - Conservative guidance raised

ABB’s preliminary Q1 results were 6%/5%/16% above consensus on orders/sales/operating EBITA, respectively, driven by short-cycle demand and a strong finish to Q1, with some re-stocking effects. To reflect the Q1 beat and raised sales growth guidance at comparable FX for 2021 (from 3–5% to >5%), we have lifted our 2021e operating EBITA by 5% and 2022–2023e by 2%, and our target price to SEK285 (280). HOLD reiterated.
