ABB (Hold, TP: SEK370.00) - Potential for new financial targets

ABB’s guidance for organic growth of >5% for 2023 has led us to raise our 2023e operating EBITA by 7%. In our view, a potential review of its financial targets at its CMD in November could be a catalyst. We believe ABB’s positive changes (restructuring, decentralisation, margin improvement) are understood by investors and view the risk/reward as neutral. We reiterate our HOLD but have raised our target price to SEK370 (330).
