ABB (Hold, TP: SEK660.00) - Closing the book with no surprises

With still-strong momentum in Electrification but a challenged Machine Automation, we are 2% below consensus on Q4 orders, sales and EBITA (mainly on FX). For the 2025 guidance, we expect a book-to-bill of >1x, mid-single-digit organic sales growth, and a flat or slightly improved operating EBITA margin YOY. We have lowered our 2025–2026e EBITA by 2% on average (due to FX), and are now 3–4% below consensus. We reiterate our HOLD, but have raised our target price to SEK660 (640).
