AcadeMedia AB is a Sweden-based holding company, which operates through its subsidiaries, primarily via AcadeMedia Group AB. It provides educational services and specializes in preschools, compulsory schools, upper secondary schools and adult education centers, among others. AcadeMedia Group AB has facilities all over Sweden, as well as preschools in Norway and Germany. Its brands include Framtidsgymnasiet, Hermods, Pysslingen, Plushogskolan, Espira, Vittra and NTI-gymnasiet, among others. The adult education sector is engaged in provision of various trainings, such as Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), Information Technology (IT), marketing and logistics, among others. AcadeMedia AB's main shareholders comprise Mellby Gard AB, Marvin Holding Ltd and Nordea Funds Ltd.

Aker BP ASA engages in the exploration, development, and production of petroleum resources on the Norwegian Shelf. In addition, Co. has a separate Johan Sverdrup business unit to manage its interest.

Alimak Group AB

Alimak is engaged in the design, development, manufactue, distribution and servicing of vertical access solutions predominantly in rack-and-pinion, and also traction technologies. Co. supplies industrial elevators, hoists and work platforms based on rack-and-pinion technology. At the core of Co.'s products are the Alimak and Hek rack-and-pinion elevator, hoist and work platform brands as well as Heis-Tek traction elevator brand. Co. operates in the following operational segments: Construction Equipment; Industrial Equipment; Rental and After Sales.

DNO ASA Class A

DNO is a Norwegian exploration and production company focused on the Middle East and North Africa. Co. holds stakes in oil and gas blocks in various stages of exploration, development and production, both onshore and offshore, in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia and Somaliland.

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

Gjensidige Forskring provides insurance products to private and commercial customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and the Baltic states. Co.'s activities are divided into six segments in addition to the asset management unit which manages Co.'s investment portfolio. The Private segment provides a range of general insurance products besides banking, savings and investment products. The Commercial segment provides a range of general insurance products to the commercial and municipality markets. KONE is an elevator and escalator industry group based in Finland. Co. is engaged in the provision of products and services for the installation, modernization and maintenance of elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. Co. provides its products and services throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment, beginning from the installation of new equipment to the maintenance and modernization during their lifecycle and the full replacement of the equipment. Co.'s customers are active in industry segments such as residential, office, retail, public transportation, hotel, hospital, and marine.

Nobia AB

Nobia is a kitchen company based in Sweden which maintains operations in ten countries. Co. is engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of interior solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and storage. Co. manufactures and sells complete kitchen solutions through many strong local and international brands, including Magnet in the United Kingdom, HTH in the Nordic region, Hygena in France and Poggenpohl internationally. Sales are generated through specialized kitchen studios, retailers and direct to corporate customers. Co. maintains a portfolio of approximately 19 strong brands sold mainly in Europe, but also worldwide.

Nordic Semiconductor ASA

Nordic Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company which designs, sells and delivers integrated circuits and related intellectual property for use in short-range wireless applications. Co. is engaged in ultra-low power wireless solutions, based on its proprietary 2.4 Gigahertz Radio Frequency and Bluetooth Smart technology. Co.'s components are manufactured by subcontractors and sold through electronics distributors to manufacturers of branded electronics across a range of product categories. These categories include personal computer and tablet accessories, sports/health monitors, mobile phone accessories, media remote controls, home and industrial automation, and other applications.

Novozymes A/S Class B

Novozymes is a biotechnology company based in Denmark. Co.'s business operations are centered on the development of industrial enzymes, microorganisms, and biopharmaceutical ingredients. Co. provides business-to-business biological solutions used in the production of numerous products such as biofuel, detergents, feed, and crops. Co.'s business operations are organized along two segments: the Enzyme Business which is divided into four areas, providing industrial enzymes for household care, food & beverages, bioenergy, and feed & other technical; and the BioBusiness which is home to Co.'s microorganisms and biopharmaceutical ingredients.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB Class A

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken provides corporate, retail, investment and private banking services, as well as asset management and life insurance services. Merchant Banking provides wholesale and investment banking services to corporations and institutions. Retail Banking provides products mainly to private customers and small and medium-sized corporate. Wealth Management performs asset management and private banking activities and Life provides life, care and pension insurance. Division Baltic provides retail, asset management and private banking services in the Baltic countries. As of Dec 31 2013, Co. had total assets of SEK1,904.16 billion and total deposits of SEK821.47 billion.

SKF AB Class B

AB SKF is the parent company of the SKF Group, which supplies products, solutions and services within rolling bearings, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrication systems. Services include technical support, maintenance services, condition monitoring, asset optimization, engineering consultancy and training. Co.'s business areas are: SKF Industrial Market - Strategic Industries, which includes bearings and bearing accessories and lubrication systems; SKF Industrial Market - Regional Sales and Service, which develops SKF Solution Factory facilities providing engineering capability; and SKF Automotive, which develops and manufactures bearings, seals and related products and services.

Storebrand ASA

Storebrand ASA is the parent company in a financial group. Co. is a provider of pension savings. Co. provides range of products within life insurance, property and casualty insurance, asset management and banking, to companies, public sector entities and private individuals. Co.'s corporate organization includes the business areas of Savings, which comprises of non-guaranteed Defined Contribution in Norway and Sweden, Asset Management and Bank products to the retail market; Insurance, which includes Co.'s risk products; Guaranteed Pensions, which includes long-term pension savings products that give customers a guaranteed rate of return; and Other.

Swedbank provides financial services and products in its home markets of Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Co. has four segments: Swedish Banking, which is responsible for all its Swedish customers except corporates and financial institutions; Large Corporates and Institutions, which is responsible for large corporates, financial institutions and banks as well as for trading and capital market products; Baltic Banking, which operates in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; and Group Functions and Other. At Dec 31 2013, Co. had 731 branches and 1,396 automated teller machines. Also as of such date, Co. had total assets of SEK1.82 trillion and deposits of SEK620.85 billion.

Telenor ASA

Telenor is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a telecommunication company. Co. provides mobile communication, fixed line communication, and broadcasting activities. Co.'s mobile communication business includes voice, data, Internet, content services, customer equipment and messaging. Fixed service comprise telephony, Internet and television (TV), leased lines as well as data services and managed services. Broadcast comprises Canal Digital DTH in the Nordics, satellite broadcasting, terrestrial radio and TV transmission in Norway and Belgium and encryption related services for TV distribution.

XXL ASA

XXL ASA, formerly known as Megasport AS, is a Norway-based retailer of sporting goods. The Company offers a portfolio of products including clothing, shoes, bicycles, wilderness products, sports equipment, training supplies and equipment, lifestyle and wellbeing products, fishing and hunting equipment, dog toys and accessories, riding clothing and accessories, as well as clothing, equipment and accessories for winter sports. Additionally, it offers services such as bike repair and maintenance, hunting excursion and courses, fishing trips, riding holidays, and dog training. The Company operates via around 40 stores, primarily in Norway but also in Sweden and Finland, and via an e-commerce platform.
