Ambea AB (publ) is a Sweden-based holding company within the care provider group. The Ambea group offers accommodation, support, training and staffing within health and social care. The Group has over 450 units throughout Sweden and in Norway. The Swedish operations comprise the brands Vardaga, Lara and Bemanning. Among other brands, there are Rent a Doctor, Rent a Nurse, Rent a Socionom and Careteam, as well as BoA Mellanvard. Co. is involved in the day-to-day operations of its shopping centers. As of Dec. 31, 2011, Co. owned a total of 36 shoppings centers: 23 in Finland, 9 in Sweden, 3 in Estonia, and one in Lithuania. Humana AB is a Sweden-based care provider. It operates through four segments: Individual & Family, Personal Assistance, Elderly Care and Other Nordics. The Individual & Family segment provides psychosocial disorders and mental illness care. The Personal Assistance segment provides personal assistance to people with functional disabilities. The Elderly Care segment provides housing for the elderly. The Other Nordics segment covers the Company's developing market operations in the area. Klaveness Combination Carriers

Klaveness Combination Carriers AS is a Norway-based fleet operator. The Company owns and operates combination carriers that can switch between dry and wet cargo shipments. Its fleet consists of approximately nine CABU (caustic soda/bulk carrier) vessels with the capacity to transport from approximately 72,500 deadweight tonnage (DWT) up to approximately 80,500 DWT of caustic soda solution (CSS), floating fertilizer (UAN) and molasses, as well as all form of dry bulk commodities. KMC Properties

Storm Real Estate ASA is a Norway-based investment company active in the real estate sector. It is engaged in both direct ownership and management of commercial property in Russia and the European Economic Area (EEA) and in indirect ownership by taking positions in other companies through the purchase of shares or commercial papers. Sparebank 1 Ostlandet operates as a bank and holding company. Co.'s main focus is on responsible lending, financial crime, requirements for providers of financial services, ethics and corruption, and ethical marketing of products and services. Co. is primarily a regional actor that operates in central Eastern Norway. Because of this, Co. concentrates on sustainability, growth and development in the local communities of which it. is a part. The Co.'s 38 branches have authorised financial advisers with local knowledge about their communities to better serve its clients.

Sparebanken Sor

Sparebanken Sor. Sparebanken Sor (the Bank), formerly Sparebanken Pluss, is a Norway-based regional bank. In December 2013, the Company merged with Sparebanken Sor. It is engaged in the provision of both financial and banking products and services to individual and corporate customers. The Bank's offering includes such products and services as credit cards, loans, foreign exchange, different types of insurance, savings accounts, payment services and pension funds, as well as the NettBank online banking facility. The Bank is active through around 30 branches in the West-Agder area, the East-Agder area and Telemark. The Company's subsidiaries are Sormegleren and Sor Boligkreditt AS.
