Austevoll Seafood is a pelagic fishery and seafood company with operations in Norway, Chile, Peru, Ireland and the U.K. Co.'s operations include fishing vessels, fishmeal plants, canning plants, freezing plants, and salmon farming. Co. has four segments: salmon and trout, which consist of the production to sales and distribution of Atlantic salmon and trout; fishmeal and oil, which consist of the production and sales of the products; pelagic North Atlantic, which consist of the production, sales and distribution of fishmeal, fish oil and frozen pelagic fish products; and human consumption, which consist of the production, sales and distribution of fresh, frozen and canned fish products.

Avance Gas Holding is principally engaged in the transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas ("LPG"). Co. operates a fleet of 14 Very Large Gas Carriers, providing transportation services to oil majors and traders of LPG on a global basis. Fjord1 is engaged in the business of passenger boats and ferries in Norway. Co.'s core activities focus on sea transport in the form of ferry and express-boat operations, as well as catering services. Co.'s activities also include travel agencies, as well as financial investments and property management. Co. is engaged in tourism activity in the West Norwegian fjords through its ownership of The Fjords DA.

Greig Seafood is a fish farming group, based in Norway, that specialized in salmon and trout. Co. is the parent company of the Greig Seafood Group. Co. is engaged in the production and sale of seafood, and naturally related activities to the sale of seafood. Co. is predominately engaged in the production of farmed salmon and trout, with a production capacity of around 95,00 tons gutted weight annually. Co. has 100 licences for salmon production and five licences for smolt production. Co. has operations in Finnmark and Rogaland in Norway, British Columbia in Canada, and Shetland (the U.K.).

Pacific Drilling is an international offshore drilling company committed to providing drilling services to the oil and natural gas industry through the use of high-specification rigs. Co.'s primary business is to contract its high-specification rigs, related equipment and work crews, primarily on a dayrate basis, to drill wells for Co.'s customers. Co. operates five drillships under client contract and has three drillships available. All of Co.'s drillships are self-propelled and dynamically positioned and have large carrying capacity. Co.'s five existing drillships are committed to work in the deepwater regions of the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and Nigeria.

Schibsted is engaged in the media industry and has four segments: Online classifieds, which include the Norwegian online marketplace and operations outside Norway; Schibsted Norge media house, which includes the media houses VG, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and Faedrelandsvennen, printing and distribution operations, and the publishing house Schibsted Forlag; Schibsted Sverige media house, which includes media houses Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet and a portfolio of internet-based growth companies; and Media Houses International, which includes of free newspapers 20 Minutes in Spain and France and Eesti Meedia Group comprising of operations in the Baltic States.

Selvaag Bolig ASA. Selvaag Bolig ASA, formerly Selvaag Bolig AS, is a Norway-based company engaged in the development of residential properties. The Company manages the entire process, from the purchase of land to the sale of finished homes. The Company operates through such subsidiaries, as Selvaag Bolig Modulbygg, which develops flats and terrace houses with the aid of modules; Meglerhuset Selvaag, which is an estate agency responsible for the sale of the Company's new homes, and Selvaag Pluss Service, which is engaged in the operation of the Company's Pluss Homes that offer security and services, such as cleaning and booking of tickets, among others. The Company's projects are located in Oslo, Stavanger and Bergen, Norway, as well as in Stockholm, Sweden, and include Lorenskog Stasjonby, Nyhavn Brygge, Lervig Brygge Pluss, Bjornasen Start and Utsikten-Mortensrudhoyden, among others. In the second quarter of 2013, the Company sold 200 homes.
