Awilco Drilling is engaged in the ownership of offshore drilling rigs for use in offshore drilling operations, and to provide drilling services for oil and gas companies using these rigs. As of Dec 31 2016, Co. owned and operated two semi-submersible drilling rigs, the WilPhoenix and WilHunter, which both rigs used in the drilling of oil and gas wells in the U.K. sector of the North Sea.

B&B Tools AB provides the industrial and construction sectors in northern Europe with industrial consumables, industrial components and related services. Co. has four business areas, Luna (Tools & Machinery), Skydda (Personal Protective Equipment), Essve (Fastening Elements) and Gigant & Grunda (Work Environment & Consumables), which supply TOOLS and other market channels with industrial consumables and related services. Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas. The Group's activities are divided into the following regions: Europe, North America, South-East Asia, Middle East and South America.

Isofol Medical AB (publ) is a Sweden-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. Its primary product is Modufolin, the active metabolite. Modufolin is a folate-based compound, which increases the efficiency and reduces the side effects of chemotherapy. Modufolin contains the key active substance methylenetetrahydrofolate (MTHF), which is the active metabolite in all folate-based medicines and therefore does not require metabolic activation to exert its action. The Company cooperates with pharmaceutical manufacturer Merck & Co Inc, as well as the Company has a worldwide supply and licence agreement for the use of Modufolin in cancer treatment.
