Aker BP ASA engages in the exploration, development, and production of petroleum resources on the Norwegian Shelf. In addition, Co. has a separate Johan Sverdrup business unit to manage its interest.

ASSA ABLOY provides a range of door opening solutions. Co. is organized into five divisions. Europe, Middle East and Africa division, Americas (North and South America) division and Asia Pacific (Asia, Australia and New Zealand) division manufacture and sell mechanical and electromechanical locks, security doors and hardware in their respective geographical markets. Global Technologies division operates worldwide in the product areas of access control systems, secure card issuance, identification technology and hotel locks. Bravida is a Nordic region end-to-end provider of technical installations and service for buildings and industrial facilities. Co. offers integrated solutions in electrical, heating & plumbing and HVAC. Co. provides end-to-end services within these three areas, from consulting and project planning, to installation and service. Co.'s electrical installation business offers integrated solutions for lighting, heating and energy supply. Co.'s heating & plumbing segment provides integrated solutions for water, waste water, energy, heating and cooling.

Cargotec is a provider of cargo handling solutions. Co. has three business areas: MacGregor, Kalmar and Hiab. MacGregor provides integrated cargo and load handling solutions and services for the maritime transportation and offshore industries. Kalmar offering consists of container and cargo handling equipment and related services, automation, software and integration solutions as well as Navis terminal operating systems, Bromma spreaders and Siwertell bulk handling systems. Hiab is a provider of on-road load handling equipment and services. Hiab provides products, services and spare parts that are used in on-road transport and delivery.

Dometic Group AB serves the market with a range of air conditioners, refrigerators, awnings, cookers, sanitation, lightning, mobile power equipment, windows, doors and other comfort and safety products. The products are sold in approximately 100 countries and are mainly produced in wholly owned production facilities around the world.

Elkem ASA. Elkem ASA is a Norway-based supplier of silicon materials. Its operations comprise such segments as the Silicones that manufactures and sells siloxanes, a range of silicones, and a commoditized products produced by reacting silicon with methyl chloride through various chemical reactions and formulations; the Silicon Materials, which includes manufacturing and selling of various grades of metallurgical silicon and microsilica; the Foundry Products that provides metal treatment solutions to iron foundries and supplies specialty ferrosilicon to the steel industry, and the Carbon, which manufactures carbon electrode materials, lining materials and specialty carbon products for metallurgical processes. The Company serves customers in chemical, solar, electronics, aluminum, construction, refractory, oil and gas industries worldwide.

Konecranes reports two business areas, Service and Equipment, as its primary business segments. Co.'s Service business area provides maintenance and modernization services for all types and brands of industrial cranes, lifting equipment, and machine tools. Nexam Chemical Holding AB (Nexam) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the production of plastics. It develops technology and products that improve properties and performance of plastics, without changing the production technology of its customers. Nexam's operations are based on crosslinking, a heat-activated technology of linking multiple polymer chains by small molecules called crosslinkers. Its main products are additive closslinkers, Neximid and Nexamite, manufactured at production plant in Scotland, which are transported to plastic manufacturers to be added during the production process. Neximid series improves properties of polyimides and Nexamite crosslinkers are designed for other thermoplastics. Nexam's solutions serve electronics, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. The Company is the parent entity of Nexam Chemical AB and its subsidiary, Nexam St. Andrews Ltd. Also, it operates masterbatch manufacturer Plasticolor Sweden AB as subsidiary.

Norwegian Air Shuttle is a low cost passenger travel airline. Co. operates both scheduled services and additional charter services. Co. has aircraft bases in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain and the U.K.

Petroleum Geo-Services is engaged in providing geophysical services and oil and gas production services. As of Dec. 31, 2001, Co. operated six Ramform design vessels in its marine seismic data acquisition operations.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken provides corporate, retail, investment and private banking services, as well as asset management and life insurance services. Merchant Banking provides wholesale and investment banking services to corporations and institutions. Retail Banking provides products mainly to private customers and small and medium-sized corporate. Wealth Management performs asset management and private banking activities and Life provides life, care and pension insurance. Division Baltic provides retail, asset management and private banking services in the Baltic countries. As of Dec 31 2013, Co. had total assets of SEK1,904.16 billion and total deposits of SEK821.47 billion.

Skanska is a project development and construction group, concentrated on selected home markets in the Nordic region, European countries and in the Americas. Co.'s business streams are: construction, which includes building and civil construction; residential development, which develops residential projects for immediate sale; commercial property development, which initiates, develops, leases and divests commercial property projects, with project development focusing on office buildings, retail and logistics properties; and infrastructure development, engaged in identifying, developing and investing in privately financed infrastructure projects, such as highways, hospitals and schools.

The banks market area comprises the regions Nordfjord, Sogn, Nordhordland, Hardanger/Midthorland, West, Sunnhordland, Bergern North and Bergen South.

Storebrand ASA is the parent company in a financial group. Co. is a provider of pension savings. Co. provides range of products within life insurance, property and casualty insurance, asset management and banking, to companies, public sector entities and private individuals.
