BerGenBio is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative drugs for aggressive, drug resistant cancers. Co.'s lead product, BGB324, is a selective, potent and orally available small molecule AXL inhibitor. It is in Phase II clinical development, as a single agent and in combination with marketed immuno-oncology drugs, in three cancer indications with potential: Acute myeloid leukaemia; Advanced non-small-cell lung cancer and Triple negative breast cancer. B&B Tools AB provides the industrial and construction sectors in northern Europe with industrial consumables, industrial components and related services. Co. has four business areas, Luna (Tools & Machinery), Skydda (Personal Protective Equipment), Essve (Fastening Elements) and Gigant & Grunda (Work Environment & Consumables), which supply TOOLS and other market channels with industrial consumables and related services. TOOLS is Co.'s market channel for industrial consumables and industrial components for Nordic industry. Via TOOLS, Co. has operation in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

DNO is a Norwegian exploration and production company focused on the Middle East and North Africa. Co. holds stakes in oil and gas blocks in various stages of exploration, development and production, both onshore and offshore, in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia and Somaliland.

Entra ASA (Entra) is a Norway-based real estate company. It is engaged in development, letting and management of energy efficient buildings. Its portfolio comprises over 100 buildings with a total area of more than 1.3 million square meters and focus on office real estate in central locations. Entra is also engaged in project and land development activities. Its business is organized into four segments (regions) around Norway's four largest cities: Central Oslo, Greater Oslo, Southern and Western Norway, and Central and Northern Norway. SAS is engaged in providing transportation services. The core business of Co. is operating passenger flights on a Nordic and international route network. Sparebanken Sor. Sparebanken Sor (the Bank), formerly Sparebanken Pluss, is a Norway-based regional bank. In December 2013, the Company merged with Sparebanken Sor. It is engaged in the provision of both financial and banking products and services to individual and corporate customers.
