AxFood AB is a food retail company. Co. conducts food retail and wholesale business in Sweden. Retail business is conducted through the Willys, Hemkop and PrisXtra chains, with a total of 252 Co.-owned stores at Dec 31 2013. In addition, Co. collaborates with a number of proprietor-run stores that are tied to it through agreements, including stores in the Hemkop chain as well as stores operating under the Handlar'n, Tempo and Direkten brands. Wholesaling is conducted by Dagab and Axfood Narlivs, whose customers consist primarily of mini-markets, service stations and other convenience stores. Axfood Narlivs also operates 20 cash and carry outlets via the subsidiary, Axfood Snabbgross AB.

Chr. Hansen is a biosciences group based in Denmark. Co. develops and supplies natural ingredient solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, nutritional, and agricultural industries worldwide. Co. operates in three divisions: Cultures and Enzymes (develops, produces, and sells cultures, enzymes, and probiotics for the food and dairy industries); Health and Nutrition (develops products for the dietary supplement, over-the-counter pharmaceutical, infant formula, and animal feed industries); and Natural Colors (develops natural color solutions to the food industry, primarily for the beverage, dairy, confectionery, fruit preparation and ice cream, as well as functional blends for processed meats).

Co. engages in telecommunications activities and provides ICT and online services in Finland and in selected international market areas. Co. and its subsidiaries' reportable operating segments are Consumer Customers and Corporate Customers. The Consumer Customer segment provides consumers and households with telecommunications services, such as voice and data services. The Corporate Customers segment provides to the corporate and community customers voice and data services, ICT solutions and contact center services.

Fjordkraft Holding ASA is a Norway-based holding company for Fjordkraft Group. GN Store Nord is an electronics communication products group based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of products for personal communication. Co.'s product offering includes hearing instruments, corded and wireless headsets, and audiologic diagnostics equipment used to test people's hearing and sense of balance. In addition, Co. offers products and accessories such as speakers, amplifiers, headset telephones, and adapters, as well as software and equipment for fitting hearing instruments. Co.'s operations are organized along two business divisions: GN Netcom (headsets) and GN ReSound (advanced hearing instruments).

Co.'s operating units include Stolt Tankers, providing transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolthaven Terminals, offering storage for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolt Tank Containers, operating a fleet of tank containers for shipments of bulk liquid chemicals, food-grade products and bitumen via road, rail and container ship, as well as Stolt Sea Farm, focused on the production of fish including turbot, sturgeon, sole and caviar.
