The holdings comprise commercial properties with office and retail tenants, divided between three business areas: Stockholm City East, Stockholm City West and Gothenburg. The office tenants are to be found in sectors such as banking, finance, law, information technology, media and recruitment. Store tenants include international brands as well as Swedish retailing chains. Co. also carries on its own parking operations through Parkaden AB subsidiary.

Momentum Group AB is a Sweden-based reseller of industrial consumables and components, as well as service and maintenance to professional end users in the industrial and construction sectors in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The Company comprises six operating areas, which are organized under two business areas: Tools & Consumables and Components & Services. The Tools & Consumables business area comprises TOOLS Sweden, TOOLS Norway, TOOLS Finland and Mercus Yrkesklader. The business has focus on the sale of tools, personal protective equipment and other consumables to the industrial and construction markets. Co.'s principal business is the transportation and storage of organic and inorganic bulk liquid chemicals, acids, animal fats, edible oils, potable alcohols, LPG/Ethylene and clean petroleum products. Co. has three reportable business segments: Chemical Tankers, which involve the servicing ports around the world; Tank Terminals, which engaged in cargo-consolidation programme in combined shipping and storage services; and LPG/ Ethylene, which Co. owns two carriers, Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant.

Opera Software is a provider of cloud-based consumer products and services. Co.'s Mobile Operators provides four principal cloud-based solutions and services to operators worldwide. Co.'s Mobile Consumers provides Opera Mini and Opera.com to its users. Co.'s Mobile Publishers and Advertisers provide the Opera Mediaworks brand and the Opera Mediaworks Response brand. Co.'s Desktop Consumers provides its users with a browsing experience, and Co.'s Device Original Equipment Manufactures allow device manufacturers to provide web browsing capabilities and internet access to their operator and consumer end customers.

Sparebanken Sor. Sparebanken Sor (the Bank), formerly Sparebanken Pluss, is a Norway-based regional bank. In December 2013, the Company merged with Sparebanken Sor. It is engaged in the provision of both financial and banking products and services to individual and corporate customers. The Bank's offering includes such products and services as credit cards, loans, foreign exchange, different types of insurance, savings accounts, payment services and pension funds, as well as the NettBank online banking facility. Co. supplies guidance services to its customers in connection with the development, financing and ownership of wind turbine projects. Co.'s main customers are utilities and energy companies.
