The Consumer Customer segment provides consumers and households with telecommunications services, such as voice and data services. Genmab is a biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of differentiated human antibody therapeutics focused on the treatment of cancer. Co.'s product pipeline includes one marketed product, Arzerra, daratumumab in late stage clinical development, four antibodies in clinical development, and over 20 in-house and partnered pre-clinical programs. Co.'s Arzerra (ofatumumab) is a human monoclonal antibody which targets an epitope on the CD20 molecule. Ossur is an orthopaedics solutions group based in Iceland. Co. specializes in the manufacture and sale of high quality orthopaedic solutions. Co. is engaged in the development and manufacturing of products in three categories: Bracing and Support (products are primarily used to support joints and other body parts, both for therapeutic and preventive purposes); Prosthetics (products include artificial limbs and related products for individuals without limbs or with limbs amputated); and Compression Therapies (treatment for venous ulcers and edema). Co.'s product line includes brands: RHEO KNEE®, POWER KNEE™ and PROPRIO FOOT®. Co. orthopaedic market includes the Americas, EMEA and Asia.

Petroleum Geo-Services is engaged in providing geophysical services and oil and gas production services. As of Dec. 31, 2001, Co. operated six Ramform design vessels in its marine seismic data acquisition operations.

Royal Unibrew is a holding company based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the production, marketing, sale and distribution of beverages. Co.'s main focus is on branded products, such as beer, malt, and soft drinks, including carbonated soft drinks, mineral water and fruit juices. Co.'s portfolio comprises both its own international brands, such as Royal, Ceres, Faxe, and national brands, such as Lomza in Poland, Lacplesa Alus in Latvia. Co. also offers license-based brands, such Heineken and the Pepsi Group's products, which are distributed in Denmark on the basis of license agreements. Tele2 is engaged as a telecom operator. Co. provides mobile communication services, fixed broadband and telephony, data network services and content services. The mobile service comprises various types of subscriptions for residential and business customers as well as prepaid cards. Fixed broadband includes direct access, which is its own services based on access via copper cable and other forms of access, such as fibre networks, wireless broadband and metropolitan area networks. Fixed telephony includes resold products within fixed telephony. The product portfolio within resold fixed telephony consists of prefix telephony, pre-selection (dial the number without a prefix) and subscriptions.
