Norway Royal Salmon has developed from a sales and marketing company for farmed salmon into an integrated seafood company. Co. is a fish farming company with activities in two main segments: fish farming and sales. The fish farming business includes salmon farming and harvesting activities. The fish farming business is divided into two regions: Region North, which consists of the fish farming business in Senja and West Finnmark; and Region South, which consists of the fish farming business in the area around Haugesund. The sales segment includes the purchase and sale of salmon, as well as Co.'s chain management activities.

Sparebanken Vest is engaged as an independent banking and financial services group based in Bergen and with branches in the counties of Hordaland and Sogn & Fjordane. Co. also is engaged in estate agency activities and real estate management activities. As of Dec 31, 2002, Co. had total assets of NOK35 billion and total deposits of NOK22 billion. The banks market area comprises the regions Nordfjord, Sogn, Nordhordland, Hardanger/Midthorland, West, Sunnhordland, Bergern North and Bergen South.

Stolt-Nielsen Ltd.

Stolt-Nielsen is a holding company. Co. through its subsidiaries is engaged in maritime industries. Co.'s operating units include Stolt Tankers, providing transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolthaven Terminals, offering storage for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolt Tank Containers, operating a fleet of tank containers for shipments of bulk liquid chemicals, food-grade products and bitumen via road, rail and container ship, as well as Stolt Sea Farm, focused on the production of fish including turbot, sturgeon, sole and caviar.

Tellurian Inc.

Tellurian is developing a portfolio of natural gas production, liquefied natural gas (LNG) marketing, and infrastructure assets that includes an LNG terminal facility (the Driftwood terminal), and three related pipelines (the Pipeline Network). The proposed Pipeline Network will consist of three pipelines, the Driftwood pipeline, the Haynesville Global Access Pipeline and the Permian Global Access Pipeline. The Driftwood pipeline interconnect with existing interstate pipelines throughout southwest Louisiana to secure adequate natural gas feedstock for the Driftwood terminal. The Driftwood pipeline will be comprised of pipeline segments and compressor stations.

Wartsila provides lifecycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets. Co.'s operations can be divided into three segments: Power Plants, in which Co. is a supplier of flexible baseload power plants of up to 600 MW operating on various gaseous and liquid fuels; Ship Power, in which Co. is a provider of products and integrated solutions such as medium-speed diesel and gas engines, low-speed engines, propulsion systems and gears, and seals and bearings; as well as Services, in which Co. supports its customers throughout the life cycle of their installations and provides services including spare parts to operational and maintenance service for both the energy and marine markets.
