Hexagon is engaged in the provision of integrated design, measurement and visualization technologies. Co. has two segments: measurement technologies, which consist of Geosystems that captures, processes and stores position-related information, Metrology, which provides manufacturing evaluation, process qualification and final parts inspection, and Technology, which provides engineering software as well as geospatially powered solutions; and Other Operations, which focuses on the transportation industry in the car and heavy vehicle segments. The Other Operations conducts its business in the Nordic region.

Co. is engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of interior solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and storage. Co. manufactures and sells complete kitchen solutions through many strong local and international brands, including Magnet in the United Kingdom, HTH in the Nordic region, Hygena in France and Poggenpohl internationally. Sales are generated through specialized kitchen studios, retailers and direct to corporate customers. Co. maintains a portfolio of approximately 19 strong brands sold mainly in Europe, but also worldwide.

Pacific Drilling is an international offshore drilling company committed to providing drilling services to the oil and natural gas industry through the use of high-specification rigs. Co.'s primary business is to contract its high-specification rigs, related equipment and work crews, primarily on a dayrate basis, to drill wells for Co.'s customers. Co. operates five drillships under client contract and has three drillships available. All of Co.'s drillships are self-propelled and dynamically positioned and have large carrying capacity. Co.'s five existing drillships are committed to work in the deepwater regions of the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil and Nigeria.
