Securitas’ “status quo†is not exactly the most exciting thing. However, the “future†Securitas is a multi-year transformational story from a traditional security guarding operation, which is labour-intensive and seeing persistent wage cost inflation, into a scalable technology-based model. We see the potential to increase EBIT margins from the current c5% to 8–10% over time with valuation multiples yet to benefit.
Husqvarna AB produces outdoor power products. Products include: robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, handheld petrol-powered products such as clearing saws and trimmers, garden tractors, and lawn mowers. Co. is also engaged in providing consumer watering products, cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. Co.'s products and solutions are sold via dealers and retailers. Co. has three business areas: Europe & Asia/Pacific and Americas, which provide forest, park and garden products to dealers and retailers in Europe and Asia/Pacific, and in North and Latin America, respectively; and Construction, which provides light construction products and diamond tools.
Modern Times Group MTG AB is an entertainment group with operations that include free-television (TV), pay-TV, digital entertainment, radio and content production businesses. Co. has six business segments. Five of these segments, Free-TV Scandinavia, Pay-TV Nordic, Free-TV Emerging Markets, Pay-TV Emerging Markets and CTC Media, comprise Viasat Broadcasting. Co.'s Viasat Broadcasting is a free-TV and pay-TV operator, and also an operator and distributor of live and on-demand streamed free and paid video content over the internet, providing movies, live sports events, TV series, and catch-up services. The sixth business segment mainly comprises Co.'s MTG Studios, MTGx and Radio businesses.

Retail banking conducts a full service banking operation and serves household and corporate customers in the Nordic markets as well as the Baltic countries. Wholesale banking provides banking and other financial solutions to large Nordic and international corporate, institutional and public companies. Wealth management provides investment, savings and risk management products. It also manages customers' assets and provides financial advice to individuals and institutional investors.

Co.'s main service offering categories are specialized guarding, mobile security services, monitoring, technical solutions and consulting and investigation services. Co. operates in 52 countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Co. is organized into three business segments: Security Services North America, Security Services Europe and Security Services Ibero-America. In addition to the three business segments, Co. conducts guarding operations in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
