Avance Gas Holding is principally engaged in the transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas ("LPG"). Co. operates a fleet of 14 Very Large Gas Carriers, providing transportation services to oil majors and traders of LPG on a global basis. Co. transports LPG from the Middle East and the U.S. Gulf or U.S.loan facility from BCBloan facility from BCB(excludes dividends satisfied by issue of shares) East Coast to destinations in Europe, South America and Asia.

Diana Shipping is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a global provider of shipping transportation services. Co. specializes in transporting dry bulk cargoes, including such commodities as iron ore, coal, grain and other materials along worldwide shipping routes. As of Dec 31 2017, Co.'s operating fleet consisted of 50 dry bulk carriers, of which 22 are Panamax, five are Kamsarmax, five are Post-Panamax, fourteen are Capesize and four are Newcastlemax vessels, having a combined carrying capacity of approximately 5.8 million dwt.

Euronav is a provider of maritime shipping and offshore services engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of crude oil. As of Apr. 4, 2017, Co. owned and operated a modern fleet of 55 vessels (including four chartered-in vessels) with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 13.7 million deadweight tons, or dwt, consisting of 31 very large crude carriers, one ultra large crude carrier, 21 Suezmax vessels, and two floating, storage and offloading vessels. Co. has two operating segments: the operation of crude oil tankers on the international markets (tankers) and the floating production, storage and offloading operations.

Gaztransport & Technigaz is an engineering company specialized in membrane containment systems for liquefied gas transport and storage. Co. designs and markets technologies which combine operational efficiency and safety to equip liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, LNG floating platforms and multi-gas transport vessels. Co. also provides solutions for onshore storage tanks and the use of LNG as a fuel for vessels propulsion as well as a wide range of services in engineering, consultancy, training, maintenance assistance and technical studies at each stage of the liquefied gas chain.

Golar LNG is a midstream liquefied natural gas (LNG) company based in Bermuda. Co. is engaged in the transportation, regasification, liquefaction and trading of LNG. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, Co. is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, operation and chartering of LNG carriers and floating storage regasification units (FSRUs), and the development of liquefaction projects such as Floating Liquefaction Natural Gas Vessels. Co. owns and operates a fleet of 19 LNG carriers and seven FSRUs, and under management agreements operates Golar LNG Partner LP's fleet of six FSRUs and four LNG carriers.

Leif Hoegh & Co. is engaged as an international shipping company that offers transportation and logistics solutions for customers worldwide within selected industrial shipping segments. Co. is involved in the following segments: Ro/Ro, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Dry Bulk, Reefer Vessels, Open Hatch, and Hoegh Fleet Services (HFS). Co. operates a fleet of vessels within the deep sea and short sea segments, operating in the transportation of cars and high/heavy rolling stock. Co. operates LNG carriers employed on long-term contracts for the transportation of liquefied natural gas.

KNOT Offshore Partners is a limited partnership formed to own, operate and acquire shuttle tankers under long-term charters, which Co. defines as charters of five years or more. Co.'s initial fleet of shuttle tankers was contributed to Co. by Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers AS, or KNOT, which is jointly owned by TS Shipping Invest AS (TSSI), and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK). As of Dec. 31, 2016, Co.'s fleet consists of eleven shuttle tankers. The market for Co.'s services is the offshore oil transportation industry, and Co.'s customers consist primarily of major oil and gas companies, independent oil and gas producers and government-owned oil companies.

Odfjell is engaged in the global market for transportation and storage of chemicals and other specialty bulk liquids, LPG/Ethylene products as well as a provider of related logistical services. Co.'s principal business is the transportation and storage of organic and inorganic bulk liquid chemicals, acids, animal fats, edible oils, potable alcohols, LPG/Ethylene and clean petroleum products. Co. has three reportable business segments: Chemical Tankers, which involve the servicing ports around the world; Tank Terminals, which engaged in cargo-consolidation programme in combined shipping and storage services; and LPG/ Ethylene, which Co. owns two carriers, Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant.

Safe Bulkers is an international provider of marine drybulk transportation services, transporting bulk cargoes, particularly coal, grain and iron ore, along worldwide shipping routes for consumers of marine drybulk transportation services. As of Feb. 9, 2018, Co. had a fleet of 39 drybulk vessels, with an aggregate carrying capacity of 3,513,800 dwt and an average age of 7.6 years. Co. deploys its vessels on both period time charters and spot time charters. The vessels on period time charters provide Co. with relatively stable cash flow and utilization rates, while the vessels in the spot market allow Co. to maintain its flexibility in low charter market conditions.

Stolt-Nielsen is a holding company. Co. through its subsidiaries is engaged in maritime industries. Co.'s operating units include Stolt Tankers, providing transportation services for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolthaven Terminals, offering storage for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids, biofuels and clean petroleum products; Stolt Tank Containers, operating a fleet of tank containers for shipments of bulk liquid chemicals, food-grade products and bitumen via road, rail and container ship, as well as Stolt Sea Farm, focused on the production of fish including turbot, sturgeon, sole and caviar.
