Atlantic Sapphire (Buy, TP: NOK68.00) - Equity issue complete
On 24 April, Atlantic Sapphire raised NOK600m in new equity in a private placement at NOK37/share. This should enable the company to complete the new Danish facility and phase one of the US plant. The size of the issue and pricing were marginally ahead of our expectations, and we have adjusted our estimates accordingly.
