Atlas Copco (Hold, TP: SEK480.00) - Demand outpacing supply

Continued strong demand in Q1 was overshadowed by weak operational leverage relating mainly to supply-chain issues. Although we view the issues as temporary and expect adj. EBIT to increase by >25% YOY in 2022, we have cut our target price to SEK480 (530). We have raised our adj. EBIT estimates slightly and recognise that the valuation is rather low, but still view the risk/reward as neutral in light of an uncertain macroeconomic backdrop and increasing interest rates.
