Cargotec is a provider of cargo handling solutions. Co. has three business areas: MacGregor, Kalmar and Hiab. MacGregor provides integrated cargo and load handling solutions and services for the maritime transportation and offshore industries. Kalmar offering consists of container and cargo handling equipment and related services, automation, software and integration solutions as well as Navis terminal operating systems, Bromma spreaders and Siwertell bulk handling systems. Hiab is a provider of on-road load handling equipment and services. Hiab provides products, services and spare parts that are used in on-road transport and delivery.

Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas. Co. has three business areas: Europe & Asia/Pacific and Americas, which provide forest, park and garden products to dealers and retailers in Europe and Asia/Pacific, and in North and Latin America, respectively; and Construction, which provides light construction products and diamond tools.

NCC AB is a construction and property development company. Co. develops and builds residential and commercial properties, and constructs industrial facilities and public buildings, roads, civil engineering structures and other infrastructure. Co. also provides input materials used in construction and paving and road services. Co. operates three businesses: Industrial, which are based on stone materials and asphalt production, as well as asphalt paving and road services; Construction and Civil Engineering, which consists of NCC Construction Sweden, NCC Construction Denmark, NCC Construction Finland and NCC Construction Norway; and Development, which encompass housing and commercial property.

Scatec Solar ASA is a Norway-based integrated independent solar power producer. It develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar power plants, and has several projects under development in Africa, the United States, Japan, Brazil the Middle East and Europe. The Company has three operating business segments: Power Production (PP), Operation & Maintenance (O&M), and Development & Construction (D&C). The PP segment comprises the Kalkbult and Linde plants in South Africa, the ASYV plant in Rwanda and four plants in the Czech Republic. The O&M includes services provided to solar power plants in which Scatec Solar participates or to third party plants constructed by the Company. Co. is also a producer and supplier of renewable energy through its subsidiary, Svensk NaturEnergi (NaturEnergi). Operations were run in three business areas - properties in the Gothenburg and Stockholm regions and renewable energy through NaturEnergi. The two property regions also include responsibility for leasing and management of housing and commercial premises together with planning and construction work. Operations at NaturEnergi consist of both the generation of, and trade in, renewable energy.
