Avance Gas Holding is principally engaged in the transportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas ("LPG"). Co. operates a fleet of 14 Very Large Gas Carriers, providing transportation services to oil majors and traders of LPG on a global basis. Co. transports LPG from the Middle East and the U.S. Gulf or U.S.loan facility from BCBloan facility from BCB(excludes dividends satisfied by issue of shares) East Coast to destinations in Europe, South America and Asia.

Cargotec is a provider of cargo handling solutions. Co. has three business areas: MacGregor, Kalmar and Hiab. MacGregor provides integrated cargo and load handling solutions and services for the maritime transportation and offshore industries. Kalmar offering consists of container and cargo handling equipment and related services, automation, software and integration solutions as well as Navis terminal operating systems, Bromma spreaders and Siwertell bulk handling systems. Hiab is a provider of on-road load handling equipment and services. Hiab provides products, services and spare parts that are used in on-road transport and delivery.

AB Electrolux sells home appliance for households and businesses, with products such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, cookers, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and small domestic appliances under brands such as Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Frigidaire and Electrolux Grand Cuisine. Co. has six segments: Major Appliances Europe, Middle East and Africa; Major Appliances North America; Major Appliances Latin America; Major Appliances Asia/Pacific; and Small Appliances, which comprise the products for consumer durables market; and Professional products. Co.'s professional products include food-service equipment for hotels, restaurants and institutions, as well as laundry equipment.

Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas. The Group's activities are divided into the following regions: Europe, North America, South-East Asia, Middle East and South America.

Kongsberg Gruppen supplies technology systems and solutions to customers engaged in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, and the defense and aerospace industries. Co.'s operating segments are Kongsberg Maritime, which delivers products and systems for commercial vessels and offshore installations, as well as for seabed surveys, surveillance, training simulators and fishing vessels and fisheries research; Kongsberg Defence Systems, a supplier of defence and space-related systems; Kongsberg Protech Systems, which provides weapon guidance system Protector RWS for military use; and Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies, a supplier of solutions to the international oil and gas industry.

Co. serves also some other process industries, such as pulp and paper industry. Co.'s offerings to the mining industry include grinding mills, mill linings and grinding media; as well as crushers and screens. Co.'s offerings to the aggregates industry include crushers; as well as screens, feeders and conveyors. Co.'s offerings to the oil and gas industry include control valves, on-off valves; intelligent safety valves; intelligent valve controllers and limit switches; intelligent field services; spare and wear parts; as well as performance services.
