Seasonality and financing focus in Q3

We forecast Q3 net profit of ~EUR1.6m, reflecting seasonally low collections in the summer in southern Europe, continued underlying growth, and the ramping up of operations (results due at 7:00 CET on 1 November). We expect low portfolio purchases (~EUR5m) given the few pre-announced acquisitions as focus is likely to have been on the Geveran deal. We have trimmed our estimates given the limited NPL investments in Q3 (2018e EPS down ~2%), and reiterate our BUY recommendation and NOK5 target price.
