BerGenBio is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative drugs for aggressive, drug resistant cancers. Co.'s lead product, BGB324, is a selective, potent and orally available small molecule AXL inhibitor. It is in Phase II clinical development, as a single agent and in combination with marketed immuno-oncology drugs, in three cancer indications with potential: Acute myeloid leukaemia; Advanced non-small-cell lung cancer and Triple negative breast cancer. Co. is also developing a diversified pre-clinical pipeline of selective AXL inhibitors, including biologics and small molecules.

Elk Petroleum

Elk Petroleum is engaged in developing enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects. Co.'s activities consist of the development of a CO2 EOR project at the Grieve oil field in Wyoming, U.S., continuation of operations at the Singleton Unit in Nebraska for future implementation of an EOR project, and via its acquisition of the Singleton South oil field in Nebraska, the development of potential by-passed oil pool on the southern flank of the Singleton Unit. Co. has two operating segments: Australia, which comprises the corporate head office function; and the U.S., which comprises administration, production, exploration, evaluation and development of oil and gas fields and ownership of pipelines.

Grieg Seafood ASA

Greig Seafood is a fish farming group, based in Norway, that specialized in salmon and trout. Co. is the parent company of the Greig Seafood Group. Co. is engaged in the production and sale of seafood, and naturally related activities to the sale of seafood. Co. is predominately engaged in the production of farmed salmon and trout, with a production capacity of around 95,00 tons gutted weight annually. Co. has 100 licences for salmon production and five licences for smolt production. Co. has operations in Finnmark and Rogaland in Norway, British Columbia in Canada, and Shetland (the U.K.).

Hexagon Composites ASA

Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas.
