Co.'s principal business is the transportation and storage of organic and inorganic bulk liquid chemicals, acids, animal fats, edible oils, potable alcohols, LPG/Ethylene and clean petroleum products. Co. has three reportable business segments: Chemical Tankers, which involve the servicing ports around the world; Tank Terminals, which engaged in cargo-consolidation programme in combined shipping and storage services; and LPG/ Ethylene, which Co. owns two carriers, Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant.

Dampskibsselskabet Norden is a holding company. Co., through its subsidiaries, is an internationally operating shipping group. Co. operates a fleet of 238 vessels. In dry cargo, Co. operates in Panamax and Handymax, in addition to growing activities in Handysize and Post-Panamax vessel types as well as activities in Capesize. In tankers, Co. activities comprise Handysize, MR and LR1 product tankers. Co.'s product tankers are commercially operated under the 50%-owned Norient Product Pool. Co.'s core fleet consists of owned vessels and vessels on long-term charter with purchase option, the core fleet is supplemented by vessels chartered on a short-term basis or for single voyages.

SAS is engaged in providing transportation services. The core business of Co. is operating passenger flights on a Nordic and international route network. Co.'s three main operational hubs in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo form the backbone of its flight network. In addition to passenger flights, Co. provides air cargo and other aviation services at selected airports in its route network. Co.'s operations include Scandinavian Airlines. In addition to the airline operations of the consortium Scandinavian Airlines System, Scandinavian Airlines also comprises ground operations, technical operations, SAS Cargo and Blue1. Scandinavian Airlines includes SAS Cargo and SAS Ground Handling.

Targovax AS

Targovax ASA is a Norway-based company active within the healthcare sector. The Company is developing two complementary and targeted approaches in immuno-oncology: a peptide-based immunotherapy platform for patients with RAS-mutated cancers and a virus-based immunotherapy platform based on engineered oncolytic viruses armed with potent immune-stimulating transgenes for patients with solid tumors. The Company's candidate, TG01, is a peptide vaccine that targets mutations in the RAS genes that are associated with cancer, and it is in a phase II clinical trial in pancreatic cancer. The Company's other RAS targeting immunotherapy, TG02 is developed for colorectal cancer treatment. The Company's adenoviral candidate, ONCOS-102 is developed for the treatment of solid tumors, such as melanoma as well as ovarian and prostate cancer.

Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA, formerly Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA, is a Norway-based shipping company. It is engaged in roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) shipping and vehicle logistics, transporting cars, trucks, rolling equipment and breakbulk worldwide. The Company's activities are divided into two reporting segments: Ocean and Landbased. The Ocean segment transports cars and ro-ro cargoes and comprises of a fleet of more than 100 vessels. The Landbased segment provides terminal and inland logistics solutions and operates over 10 terminals in more than 15 countries. Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA operates as a holding company for the Group that consists of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions, EUKOR and ARC.
