The company provides transportation solutions to a group of customers, including miners, producers, traders, and end users. Hexagon Composites ASA

Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas. At Dec 31 2013, Co.'s shopping centres comprised the management of 87 shopping centres, of which 27 are managed for external owners.

Orica is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of commercial blasting systems and various chemical products and services. Co.'s segment comprised of: Australia/Pacific and Indonesia, North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia, which is involved in the manufacture and supply of commercial explosives and blasting systems; Minova, which is involved in the manufacture and supply of bolts, accessories and chemicals for stabilisation and ventilation systems in underground mining and civil tunnelling works; and Global Support, which is involved in the corporate and support costs, operation of the Botany Groundwater Treatment Plant and non-operating assets.

Recipharm AB and its subsidiaries is engaged as a manufacture pharmaceuticals and perform contract development services for pharmaceutical companies. Co.'s segment are Manufacturing Solids & Others, Manufacturing Steriles, Development & Technology and Other. The manufacturing segments consist of contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. The Development & Technology segment provides services to pharmaceutical companies in the drug development phase for new pharmaceuticals.

SalMar ASA

SalMar is a producer of Atlantic salmon and is integrated from roe and smolt to products and sales. Co. has farming operations in Central and Northern Norway, as well as in Scotland. Co. has operating licences for marinephase fish farms and hatcheries in central Norway and Troms County. Co. has 66 licences for production of farmed Atlantic salmon in Norway: 53 in central Norway (More & Romsdal, South and North Trondelag) and 13 in northern Norway (Troms)

Co. is the parent company of a group engaged in the provision of insurance services and the marketing and sale of insurance policies such as worker's compensation insurance, personal accident insurance, motor vehicle insurance, motor third party liability insurance, fire and other property insurance; and cargo insurance.

SAS AB

SAS is engaged in providing transportation services. The core business of Co. is operating passenger flights on a Nordic and international route network. Co.'s three main operational hubs in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo form the backbone of its flight network. In addition to passenger flights, Co. provides air cargo and other aviation services at selected airports in its route network. Co.'s operations include Scandinavian Airlines. In addition to the airline operations of the consortium Scandinavian Airlines System, Scandinavian Airlines also comprises ground operations, technical operations, SAS Cargo and Blue1. Scandinavian Airlines includes SAS Cargo and SAS Ground Handling.
