BW Offshore (No_rec, TP: NOK) - Unlocking value on legacy fields
BW Offshore has unlocked value with the Tortue development. We believe the contemplated separate listing of BW Energy would position BW Energy for further growth. We value BW Energy at USD972m. Near-term, we see BW Energy valuation upside potential from exploration, Tortue phase II development, Ruche FID, and maturing Maromba towards FID. As DNB Markets has been retained as financial advisor by BW Energy, we have NO REC on BW Offshore.
