Equinor is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities. Co. is primarily focused on exploration, development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Co.'s operations are organized into four segments. The Development and Production Norway and Development and Production International segments explore, develop, produce and extract crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Marketing, Processing and Renewable Energy segment markets, trades, transports and processes oil and natural gas and renewable energy. The Other segment consists of global well and project delivery, research and develpoment, and business development.

Sparebanken More (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank. The Bank's primary market area are the More and Romsdal regions in Norway. Its product and service offering includes loans, cards, payment services, savings accounts, pension funds, life and non-life insurance, investment services and investment advice. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had four wholly owned subsidiaries: More Finans AS, offering leasing services; Sparebankeiendom AS, a company responsible for the management of the Bank's commercial properties; More Boligkreditt AS, which funded loans secured by residential and commercial properties, and as More Eiendomsmegling AS, engaged in the real estate services for both private customers and trade. As of December 31, 2011, its largest shareholder was Sparebankstiftelsen Tingvoll (10.27%).
Subsea 7 is a provider of seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services contractor to the offshore energy industry. Co. provides products and services required for subsea field development, including project management, design and engineering, procurement, fabrication, survey, installation, and commissioning of production facilities on the seabed and the tie-back of these facilities to fixed or floating platforms or to the shore. Co. also provides products and capabilities to deliver full Life of Field services to its clients. Through its i-Tech Division, Co. provides remotely operated vehicles and tooling services to support exploration, production and drilling activities.
Vestas Wind Systems is an industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing company based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the production of wind turbines. Co.'s main activities comprise development, manufacture, sale, marketing and maintenance of installations that use wind energy to generate electricity. Co. supplies products, from individual turbines to the delivery of turnkey wind power installations globally. Co. supplies guidance services to its customers in connection with the development, financing and ownership of wind turbine projects. Co.'s main customers are utilities and energy companies.
Vitrolife AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in assisted reproduction services. The Company's product portfolio comprises G-RINSE, which is a solution for rinsing of contact materials, EmbryoGlue, which is a human albumin recombinant, ASP, which is a solution for oocyte retrieval and rinsing, and Semen VTS, which is a viscosity treatment system, among others. It also provides a range of procedural solutions for sperm preparation, vitrification, embryo transfer and oocyte retrieval, such as temperature control, condition control, gamete-safe labware and embryo support. The Company is active in Australia, China, France, Italy, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom, among others, and conducts its business through a number of subsidiaries, such as Vitrolife Ltd., Vitrolife Pty Ltd., and A.T.S.
