Castellum (Buy, TP: SEK225.00) - Raised NAV forecast

We reiterate our BUY ahead of the Q3 results (due at 09:00 CET on 15 October) and have raised our target price to SEK225 (203). Besides strong cash earnings, we see NAV growth from its logistics and public sector office segments (c50% of its assets), driven by strong peer transactions and a stronger-than-ever development pipeline. We have raised our 2022e EPS by 2% on updated vacancy and LFL rental growth forecasts.

At Dec 31 2013 Co.'s real estate portfolio comprised 626 properties, of which 324 were office/retail properties, 263 were warehouse/industrial properties, 16 were for project, and 23 were undeveloped land.
