HMS Networks AB (HMS) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the provision of communication technology for industrial automation. The Company provides solutions to connect industrial devices to networks and products enabling interconnection between different industrial networks. The Company's products are classified into two brands, namely Anybus and Netbiter. HMS, under the brand name Anybus, manufactures and markets intelligent communication technology for machines and electrically controlled equipment. Under the brand name Netbiter it develops and sells communication equipment that facilitates remote management through the Internet, either via the fixed telephony network or the mobile telephony network. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, including HMS Industrial Networks AB, IXXAT GmbH, a supplier of communication technology for industrial automation, machine manufacturing and the automotive industry, as well as eWON SA.

Co. is engaged in the provision of products and services for the installation, modernization and maintenance of elevators, escalators and automatic building doors. Co. provides its products and services throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment, beginning from the installation of new equipment to the maintenance and modernization during their lifecycle and the full replacement of the equipment. Co.'s customers are active in industry segments such as residential, office, retail, public transportation, hotel, hospital, and marine.

Scandi Standard is a supplier of chicken-based food products in the Nordic region. Co. offers a range of chilled and frozen products under brands such as KronfAY=gel in Sweden, Danpo in Denmark and Den Stolte Hane in Norway, as well as for private label. Co.'s customers are found in the retail, food service and food industry sectors. Co. has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Swedish operations are conducted through the companies KronfAY=gel AB, SweHatch AB, AB SkAY=nefAY=gel and Bosarpkyckling. The Danish operations are conducted by Danpo A/S. The Norwegian operations are conducted through Scandinavian Standard AS. The Finnish operation is conducted through KronfAY=gel Oy.

Sinch AB

CLX Communications and it's subsidiaries business consist of mobile messaging services for enterprises, and development and sales of software that support such messaging services. Co. provides cloud communications services that allow enterprises to integrate messaging (SMS), voice applications and mobile data services in their operations. Co.'s communications services are used by enterprises including banks, airlines, healthcare providers and global internet operators. Co. has two business units: the Enterprise Division and the Operator Division.

Telenor is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a telecommunication company. Co. provides mobile communication, fixed line communication, and broadcasting activities. Co.'s mobile communication business includes voice, data, Internet, content services, customer equipment and messaging. Fixed service comprise telephony, Internet and television (TV), leased lines as well as data services and managed services. Broadcast comprises Canal Digital DTH in the Nordics, satellite broadcasting, terrestrial radio and TV transmission in Norway and Belgium and encryption related services for TV distribution.
