Coloplast (Buy, TP: DKK745.00) - CMD – better growth visibility
Coloplast is due to host a CMD in Copenhagen on 18 September, where we expect the main focus to be future product innovation based on its clinical performance programme and how that can support above-market growth beyond 2020. We further believe management will keep its long-term guidance of 30%+ EBIT margin and 7–9% organic growth, while likely reiterating its ambition to grow at the high end next year. Its target of doubling wound care by 2022/2023 could be scrapped. We reiterate BUY and our DKK745 target price.Coloplast is a supplier of intimate healthcare products and services. Co. develops and markets products that support people with diseases of a private nature. Co. operates in three business areas: Ostomy care, products for people whose intestinal outlet has been rerouted through the abdominal wall; Urology and continence care products, for people suffering from diseases of the kidneys, the urinary system and the male reproductive system; Dressings, for the treatment of chronic wounds and skin care products for prevention and treatment.
