Coloplast (Buy, TP: DKK745.00) - Margin uplift in Q3e
We expect Coloplast to deliver 8.3% organic growth in Q3 (results due at c12:00 CET on 8 August) driven by continued strong momentum in Emerging Markets and the US. We further expect unchanged full-year guidance but believe it can reach the high end for organic revenue growth and EBIT margin guidance as we forecast a significant margin improvement in Q3 and Q4. Coloplast is due to host a CMD on 18 September, where we expect focus to be on new innovative products. We keep our BUY, with a new target price of DKK745 (645).Coloplast is a supplier of intimate healthcare products and services. Co. develops and markets products that support people with diseases of a private nature. Co. operates in three business areas: Ostomy care, products for people whose intestinal outlet has been rerouted through the abdominal wall; Urology and continence care products, for people suffering from diseases of the kidneys, the urinary system and the male reproductive system; Dressings, for the treatment of chronic wounds and skin care products for prevention and treatment. Co. markets and sells its products and services globally. Co. supplies products to hospitals, institutions as well as wholesalers and retailers.
