DNB (No_rec, TP: NOK) - Capital-light momentum

Following loan loss reversals and exceptional fee income trends, DNB reported a strong 11.1% ROE in Q2. Except for a slightly softer capital position than we expected, largely explained by the volume growth turnaround, we consider the Q2 report strong on all parameters. After raising our 2022e revenues and trimming loan losses, we have lifted our 2022–2023e EPS by ~1–2%.
