Elekta (Buy, TP: SEK125.00) - Strong start to the year

Q1 earnings were stronger than expected, driven by a better mix between hardware and service/spare parts. This mix shift had a marked impact on the gross margin, which was c390bp better than we expected. Sales and marketing costs were also lower than we expected due to travel restrictions. Some of these effects will likely remain even after the pandemic. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to SEK125 (110).
