Equinor (Buy, TP: NOK400.00) - Needs to splash the cash

We expect Equinor to deliver another strong report, with Q2 adj. EBIT of USD17bn, on continued high commodity prices and helped by strong results in the trading segment. This should contribute to another quarter with solid cash flow (we estimate USD7.6bn in FCF), leading to an even more overcapitalised balance sheet, which we believe it is likely to address through higher dividends and share buybacks. We estimate an excess distribution capacity of cUSD35bn by end-2023. We reiterate our BUY and NOK400 target price.
