Equinor (Hold, TP: NOK192.00) - No reason to get carried away

After the recent rally, we find the current valuation fair and have downgraded our recommendation to HOLD, while maintaining our NOK192 target price. We are 8% below consensus EBIT for Q3 and consider the risk of additional consensus cuts near-term to be high. We believe investors will remain cautious towards Equinor on depressed European gas prices in 2020 and low production efficiency on legacy fields on the NCS.
