Equinor is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities. Co. is primarily focused on exploration, development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). Co.'s operations are organized into four segments. The Development and Production Norway and Development and Production International segments explore, develop, produce and extract crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Marketing, Processing and Renewable Energy segment markets, trades, transports and processes oil and natural gas and renewable energy. The Other segment consists of global well and project delivery, research and develpoment, and business development.

GN Store Nord is an electronics communication products group based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of products for personal communication. Co.'s product offering includes hearing instruments, corded and wireless headsets, and audiologic diagnostics equipment used to test people's hearing and sense of balance. In addition, Co. offers products and accessories such as speakers, amplifiers, headset telephones, and adapters, as well as software and equipment for fitting hearing instruments. Co.'s operations are organized along two business divisions: GN Netcom (headsets) and GN ReSound (advanced hearing instruments).

Recipharm AB and its subsidiaries is engaged as a manufacture pharmaceuticals and perform contract development services for pharmaceutical companies. Co.'s segment are Manufacturing Solids & Others, Manufacturing Steriles, Development & Technology and Other. The manufacturing segments consist of contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. The Development & Technology segment provides services to pharmaceutical companies in the drug development phase for new pharmaceuticals.

YIT provides services for the construction sector. Co. has two segments: Housing and Business Premises and Infrastructure. The Housing segment is engaged in the development and construction of housing, holiday homes and entire residential areas, with a focus on its own developments. This segment is also engaged in property maintenance in Russia. The Business Premises and Infrastructure segment is engaged in the development and construction of offices, shopping malls, public facilities, assisted living facilities and other business premises; renovation projects; construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, rail and metro stations, ports and power plants; as well as road and street maintenance.
