EDB Business Partner is a vendor of IT services in the Nordic region. Co. is organized into three business areas: Solutions; Application Services and IT Operations. The Solutions business area offers a range of software and consulting services for the Nordic banking and finance sector. The Application Services business area delivers a range of consulting services, through Guide Konsult in Sweden and Avenir in Norway. The IT Operations business area comprises network services, infrastructure and applications operations, security services, user support, as well as electronic business support services such as invoice management, payment services, messaging and printing.
Hexagon Composites is divided into three business segments. Co.'s Hexagon Ragasco segment manufactures low-pressue composite cylinders, such as cylinders for propane gas; and Co.'s Hexagon Lincoln/Hexagon Raufoss segment develops and supplies complete storage and transport systems for natural gas and hydrogen to the bus and automotive industry and for bulk transport of compressed gas. The Group's activities are divided into the following regions: Europe, North America, South-East Asia, Middle East and South America.

Co. focuses on three principal types of production activities: salmon feed production in Norway, fish farming and primary processing of fish in Norway, Scotland, Canada, Chile, Ireland, and the Faroe Islands, and secondary processing of seafood in Norway, Chile, Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Nokian Tyres is a tyre manufacturer. Co. mainly sells its products in the aftermarket. Co. and its subsidiaries include the Vianor tyre retail chain, which provides wholesale and retail services in Co.'s primary markets. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.
Norwegian Air Shuttle is a low cost passenger travel airline. Co. operates both scheduled services and additional charter services. Co. has aircraft bases in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain and the U.K.
Helgeland Sparebank (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank active in the Norwegian region of Helgeland. It offers its services mainly to the private market, business and the public sector. Its offering includes such products and services, as payment services, credit cards, saving accounts, placement services, loans, insurance, shares and currencies, as well as an online banking facility, the Nettbank. Additionally, the Bank carries out leasing of property through ANS Bankbygg Mo, AS Sparebankbygg, Helgeland Sparebank Eiendomsselskap AS and Helgeland Utviklingsselskap AS, all of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Bank. It also offers housing mortgages through Helgeland Boligkreditt AS, its whole owned subsidiary. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank also had such associated companies, as Helgeland Invest AS, Eiendomsmegleren Helgeland AS and Storgt. The Bank operates through 16 offices in 14 municipalities in Helgeland.
Sparebanken Ost (the Bank) is a Norway-based regional bank. The Bank is engaged in the provision of both banking and financial products and services to individuals and businesses. The Bank's primary market area is the lower part of Buskerud county and the Drammen region. Its product and service offering includes loans, cards, payment services, savings accounts, pension funds, life and non-life insurance, investment services and foreign exchange. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had such subsidiaries, as Sparebanken Ost Boligkredit AS, a mortgage company; AS Financiering, a car financing company; Sparebanken Ost Eiendom AS, which was engaged in real estate development and operations, and Ost Prosjekt AS, a subsidiary supporting the Bank's activities. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank's largest shareholder was MP Pensjon (9.89%).

Co. develops, manufactures and commercializes treatments with a particular focus on four therapeutic areas: Inflammation, Genetics & Metabolism, Haemophilia and Neonatology. Co. also markets a portfolio of rare disease products for partner companies. Co.'s pipeline programmes include research and development focused on recombinant protein drugs in late preclinical and clinical phase for indications.
Trelleborg AB provides engineered polymer solutions. Co. has five business areas: Trelleborg Coated Systems, which supplies solutions for polymer-coated fabrics; Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, which provides polymer-based solutions for industrial antivibration solutions and industrial sealing systems; Trelleborg Offshore & Construction, which supplies polymer-based solutions used in offshore oil and gas and infrastructure construction environments; Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, which supplies polymer-based sealing solutions deployed in general industry, light vehicle and aerospace environments; and Trelleborg Wheel Systems, which supplies tires and wheels for materials handling vehicles.
Vestas Wind Systems is an industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing company based in Denmark. Co. is engaged in the production of wind turbines. Co.'s main activities comprise development, manufacture, sale, marketing and maintenance of installations that use wind energy to generate electricity. Co. supplies products, from individual turbines to the delivery of turnkey wind power installations globally. Co. supplies guidance services to its customers in connection with the development, financing and ownership of wind turbine projects. Co.'s main customers are utilities and energy companies.
