Fortum is an energy company. Co.'s operations are organised in five divisions: Hydro Power and Technology and Nuclear and Thermal Power, which are engaged in its hydro, nuclear and thermal power generation, services, portfolio management and trading as well as technology and research and development functions; Heat, Electricity Sales and Solutions, which consists of Co.'s combined heat and power production, district heating and business-to-business heating solutions, solar business, electricity sales and related customer offering; Russia, which consists of power and heat generation as well as heat distribution in Russia; and Distribution, which focuses on distribution activities in Sweden.

Loomis AB

Loomis AB is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides solutions for cash handling in the U.S., majority parts of Europe and in Argentina. Co. provides cash in transit (CIT), cash management services (CMS) and solutions which integrate CIT with CMS. The CIT service transports cash to and from stores, banks and automated teller machines (ATMs). The CMS service counts, quality controls and packages bills and coins in Co.'s cash centers. Co. also provides solutions for retail outlets and for maintenance of ATMs, as well as analysis, forecasting and reporting of customers' cash flow. The services are targeted at banks, retailers, commercial enterprises and the public sector.

Securitas AB Class B

Securitas is engaged in integrated security solutions. Co.'s main service offering categories are specialized guarding, mobile security services, monitoring, technical solutions and consulting and investigation services. Co. operates in 52 countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Co. is organized into three business segments: Security Services North America, Security Services Europe and Security Services Ibero-America. In addition to the three business segments, Co. conducts guarding operations in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Telia Company AB

Telia Company provides telecommunication services in the Nordic and Baltic countries, the markets of Eurasia, including Russia, Turkey and Spain. Co. has three business segments: Mobility Services, which comprises operations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Spain; Broadband Services, which comprises operations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia (49.0%), Estonia and international carrier operations; and Eurasia, which comprises mobile operations in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Moldova and Nepal. The business area also includes Co.'s shareholdings in OAO MegaFon, Russia and Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S., Turkey.

Wartsila Oyj Abp

Wartsila provides lifecycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets. Co.'s operations can be divided into three segments: Power Plants, in which Co. is a supplier of flexible baseload power plants of up to 600 MW operating on various gaseous and liquid fuels; Ship Power, in which Co. is a provider of products and integrated solutions such as medium-speed diesel and gas engines, low-speed engines, propulsion systems and gears, and seals and bearings; as well as Services, in which Co. supports its customers throughout the life cycle of their installations and provides services including spare parts to operational and maintenance service for both the energy and marine markets.
