Genmab (Hold, TP: DKK2451.00) - Epcoritamab value increase
As expected, the highlight for Genmab at this year’s virtual ASH conference (5–8 December) was deeper and broader response rates for epcoritamab – 91% ORR and 55% CR in highly pre-treated DLBCL patients. We have increased the value of epcoritamab to DKK170/share (85). We have also added amivantamab to our SOTP at DKK46/share. We reiterate our HOLD, but have raised our target price to DKK2,451 (2,320).Genmab is a biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of differentiated human antibody therapeutics focused on the treatment of cancer. Co.'s product pipeline includes one marketed product, Arzerra, daratumumab in late stage clinical development, four antibodies in clinical development, and over 20 in-house and partnered pre-clinical programs.
